Pilates Reform commenced in 2016 and currently the Studio is situated in Helderkruin, Roodepoort. 

 

Our Studio offers various types of Pilates classes such as private one-on-one classes, group classes, couple classes, Kiddies Pilates and Pilates for the Elderly.

 

We teach Stott Pilates and the Studio consist of exceptional Merrithew Pilates and Rehab Equipment for maximum safety and effectiveness. Pilates Reform offers various STOTT PILATES brands in which we are fully certified to keep Mindful Movement top of mind for greater fluidity & control, exercise programming and performance, we have everything you need to get started.  

 

We also teach StretchFit Stretching on Equipment of the highest quality, so stretching feels safe, comfortable and precise, so you can feel at ease while stretching naturally.
